1. Rental Requirements
Renters must present a valid ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
at the time of booking.
2. Rental Duration and Fees
Rental hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Late returns will incur an additional fee per day rate.
Bikes must be returned to the original rental location unless prior
arrangements have been made.
3. Safety Gear and Usage
Helmets are provided for each rental.
Renters must follow all local road rules and regulations.
It is advised not to use bikes under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Bike Condition and Maintenance
Renters are responsible for inspecting the bike for any visible damage
before use.
Any mechanical issues or damage incurred during the rental period
must be reported immediately.
Renters must not modify or tamper with the bikes in any way.
5. Liability and Responsibility
Renters are liable for any damage or loss to the bike during the rental
period.
On The Go Bike is not responsible for any injuries or accidents
during the use of the rental bike.
It is recommended to lock the bike when unattended to prevent theft.
6. Bike Tours
All tours are provided through our partners - Costlines Tours and Safaris. A tour must be booked a day in advance, no last minute tour is allowed.
